Haji Day-Out

Ok, I was going through something intense and so is my ex roomie.. So on Tuesday night, we had dinner, and they came over to my house to stay for a night for R-E-V-E-N-G-E.. Oh yes.. REVENGE is Oh-So-Sweet! In case you don’t know what I’m talking about, I’m just having a little trouble adjusting to the culture in my new house. So.. call me evil or what so ever, I just wanted revenge, which is bring friends home and making a lot of noise till 5 in the pathetic morning! YESH! I’M EVIL! CALL ME MEGAMIND! Oh so gorgeous, frightening intelligent MEGAMIND!

Enough of that, why Megamind? Because it’s the show that we went for!!!!!

Who’s version do you prefer???

The movie is actually very good..!! Will Ferrel le! Tiny Fey le! Brad Pitt le! It’s good, apart from..?? MBO delayed 20 mins for the movie, and another 10 mins for trailers! So everyone was in a bad mood and was very well prepared to complain. Another point? The cinema is pretty run down. And they are only open for like, 3 years?

Look at the ceiling.. I have a fear that it might just crumble and fall on me any minute.. Sibeh (chinese style of “very'”) scary!!

The movie is pretty good, but I was so cold that i couldn’t sit still through out the movie. Apart from that, it’s good!

Another particular reason that we went out is because we wanted to eat McDonalds! I’m crazy for the french fries! Especially now that they have McShaker, it’s really a piece of heaven for me.

This is what I’m talking about.

I guess majority people love McDonald’s french fries, if you don’t, you’re a dweeb!

It was overall fun. We went to try all the shoes, the clothes and everything (actually just me). I managed to buy swimming goggles and WanYi managed to buy a jacket which only cost her RM40!!!!! Is that cheap or what??!!

Before we head home, what’s an outing without ice-cream??!! The ice-cream is GOOD i’m telling you! G-O-O-D!

So now that i’m back in Seremban, went for a long good swim this morning, then fainted for almost 4 hours on the sofa, it’s time to stay playing with Teddie, giving her quality time with me.

See the treats on her paw? It’s part of the training! She’s not suppose to eat the treat until I say “OK” the magic word. Cute isn’t it?

Movie Review : The Killers

The Killers.

What I feel is that this movie is a little out of order. Everything happened too fast. Suddenly, it’s after 3 years, suddenly he is chased after by a bunch of killers and then she’s pregnant. Maybe I missed the first part, that is why I feel it’s kinda weird. But none the less, it is a very nice movie (well, that is what I feel). It’s basically a romance comedy with a little twist of coolness in the movie.

Ashton Kutcher playing as Spencer Aimes. I gotta admit that Kutcher looks way better in this movie. It makes him look actually bond like. Not like some of the previous movies that he is (Dude, Where’s my Car?; Just Married; My Boss’s Daughter; etc.). And as for the main actress, even though I don’t see her much in movies, but she is hell of a funny actress. Jen Kornfelt, played by Katherine Heigh.

Seriously, if the movie ticket isn’t free, I wouldn’t have chosen this movie, but after watching it, I have no regrets sitting inside the Cineplex for almost 2 hours. And after countless times of getting lost around that area, thanks to stupid Google Map, I still have no regrets in finishing that movie. Ok..back to serious matter, here comes the synopsis.

Spencer Aimes (Ashton Kutcher) is a professional killer. He work for 1 person and he is suppose to kill ‘bad people’ in the world. He was chosen as he is an orphan and they trained him to feel nothing. Until he met Jen Kornfelt (Katherine Heigh) in France. There was where he fell in love or so call in the movie ‘the love bubble’ and he decided to quit what he is doing. He tried to tell Jen that he was a professional killer, however when he chooses to let her know, she fell asleep in spilt seconds. He contacted his boss and finally quit everything. There was then the ‘3 years later’ appeared on the screen. And I was like WTH?? So SOON?????????? None the less, they were this happy couple until! Spencer’s old boss contacted him again, demanding to meet him. Spencer knew something was wrong and he armed himself with guns and so on. When he got home, he didn’t expect that his wife, Jen threw him a surprise birthday party, which stopped him from meeting his old boss. Jen felt that Spencer was acting a little weird, and thought their marriage is coming to an end. As everything ended, one of their friends stayed at their place as he is too drunk to head home. 2^nd morning, Jen headed to San Francisco for a business presentation and there is where all hell broke loose.

The friend that stayed over was actually an undercover killer and any killer that kills Spencer would be awarded with $20Million. So in the end, everyone became a killer, Spencer’s colleagues, neighbours and even good friends. It is funny to see how Spencer communicates with Jen in the movie. It’s a little funny, romantic at the same time fear of loosing Jen. Jen apparently didn’t go for the business presentation as she feels bad for not being there for Spencer’s birthday, and she came home with a shock with their friend trying to kill his husband. Then she was then tested pregnant Blah Blah Blah~ so on so on so on, you can guess the rest.

I do feel it is a worth watching movie as long as you understand American Jokes. I was laughing my head off throughout the whole movie. So for me, the rating is…… *drum rolls*

7.5/10

So if you like romance comedy, it’s a must watch for you. For someone like me that doesn’t go to the cinema saying it’s worth it, means it’s REALLY worth it!!! Download, DVD, BluRays, I don’t care how you get to this movie, JUST WATCH IT!!!!!!

Preparation

This weekend seem to be super hard for me to go through because I’m all alone in the house, and I have to study crap all the time. Anyway, Mum came down on Saturday afternoon as we have a house warming dinner on that night, so it’s shopping time!! Well, not for us of course, it’s for the house owner.

 

Well, it’s suppose to be a very classy fruit bowl, but i don’t know whether it’s that classy, it looks more like a wine glass to me though. 0.o As you can see, Teddie is behind the fruit bowl trying to sniff her way in, she’s such a curios little thing.

*The dinner, I tell you! I think we own the ‘cheapest’ car! Everyone is driving Merz, Volvo, all those expensive cars that we can’t even afford. Well, it’s really an eye opener.*

 They even have fire crackers for house warming. A little too much don’t you think?

So i took this opportunity to borrow the car for mummy cause I wanted to go to Jonker for a little walk. Well, Mr.Rabbit was suppose to accompany me there but too bad he had performance *ish ish* so my initial plan is just to go there by myself and walk alone. Sounds pathetic isn’t it? But it is sometimes fun to go alone. As I was driving there, Mr.Rabbit said he had already finish his performance and he is free to accompany me!! *WEE!!!* So we had one round at Jonker, but because the weather was so unbearably hot, we decided to go for a movie instead!! * I love spontaneous plans! * But i tell you guys!! The traffic around Dataran & Mahkota is freakish bad! It took us more than half an hour just to reach Dataran from only Jonker!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously fucking do not like jams! Anyway, finding a parking was not hard, it’s just the jam around that area which is very bad. Just when we got out from the car, we heard loud scream from upstairs of Dataran (those who know Dataran well, I’m talking bout the field on top) and I as a very “gepoh” person, dragged Mr.Rabbit to see what the big fuss it’s about, and guess who I saw??!! Faizal from One in A Million!!!!!! He looks way hotter than television.

Sorry that you can’t really see from the small picture, I didn’t want to squeeze my way into the crowd. The crowd was not bad though, and I quite like the concept of having the concert on top of Dataran.

What caught my attention was that nowadays people are so good in business. Knowing there would be a big crowd, there are a few people sitting by the side there selling mini fans, special effect LED lights and so on.

 Not too bad eh?

As soon as I finish “gepoh” on the concert, we went to the Cineplex to see what’s on. We were deciding between Wolfman or Percy Jackson & the Lightning Thief. In the end, the Wolf won.

The show was a little disappointing but it’s still not bad, what I don’t like about the movie is that there are a lot of unnecessary scenes which all those stupid things would just pop-out to scare you. ( Why do they have to scare those poor little kids like me? T_T ) How would you feel when something ugly and scary pop up right in front of you without you knowing it? Put yourself in that situation, you are dreaming of a gorgeous guy, and then suddenly, a stupid troll and pounds on you and want to eat you up! That’s how i felt! Should have just went for Percy Jackson instead.

Went for supper (I DID NOT EAT!! I AM NOT FAT!!) cos Mr.Rabbit wanted to eat and we headed back. My GOD!! When i went home, after a quick bath, i collapsed into my bed until the next morning! I’m that exhausted.

As I was studying today, the weather almost killed me. xiao wan, my roommate came to join me at the hall too, so when I’m bored I do stupid things (cam-whore)

That’s my housemate acting serious.

After acting serious not even 10minutes, she went back to the room to get this, saying lately not enough vitamins so need to drink this. See la!! Study in the end ended up chatting and drink the so call Vitamin-C…!!!
