Finally we are the last part of Tasmania. After the gruesome cold in Bruny Island, we had a relaxing day. It’s almost time to fly to Sydney and we had tons of time to spare before the flight. Flight was schedule during late evening and we had to check out by 11a.m which gives us tons of time to spare. Since everyone is fit and healthy, we went for a slow and relaxing tour around Hobart.
Headed off to Salamanca to have early lunch. Was browsing through every single restaurant before deciding to stop at Knopwoods Retreat.
Random guy in Salamanca. Apologies for not finding a better hunk.
Spicy omelet rice. Cheat one. It’s just tomato sauce instead of curry. #fail
Mum’s broken rice. Taste good! Should have ordered this.
Cous-cous. It’s like a better version of porridge.
Can’t remember what they were talking about but it look as if they are quarreling.
Still had more than 6 hours to spare, we went to Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens. Which is so big and beautiful. However, me and my sister got chased by birds. Apparently we were in their “territory”.
Right after this photo, I got chased by the birds. All I want was just a clear shot of the bridge ma. Am not going to steal it’s eggs or what so ever.
Can you spot the very colorful parrot?
And off we went to the airport.
That’s all folks from Tasmania. Next up would be Sydney! Keep reading and keep cool.
Till then,
Au revoir
